This is a tasty way to lead your body into healing. Lemon water is known to detoxify your body and is so refreshing too. Not to mention a great way to get added Vitamin C added to your daily intake. Some days I add a bit of orange slices as well.

I add fresh mint leaves to my lemon water, but you can also add an infusion of lavender.
